Reni Elisabeth Pihl Friis is a senior management consultant with Implement A/S in Denmark, where she is responsible for the Lean-it area. In that capacity, she has been part of developing and testing how the five lean principles can be translated to give meaning and effect in an it-organisation.

Reni has worked on several Lean-it projects in small and large organisations in Denmark. Her background is a M.Sc. in Business and Computer Science, and in her 12 year career, she has worked as contract manager, it-project manager and system owner in large Danish and Global organisations.
